Food That Helps Burn Fat

When you look at the average person walking along any street anywhere in the world, you will see that the average person is overweight. Although the statistics differ between countries it is still true for the average person world wide. What if you could eat some food and do very little exercise and drink 6 glasses of water and lose weight? Would you consider doing it?

In comes the wonder of weight loss food - food that help burn fat:

As people like to eat different foods and as they are not always able to buy expensive weight loss food, they ultimately have to make the most of a meal using their basic starch and protein foods they are accustomed to.

Now I have formulated a weight loss system that will be launched early next year and recorded on DVD and sold for about $17. I have been handing out advice and received great response from people regarding the food that burn fat. I have been adding some unwanted vacation weight fat on purpose. Come January 2008 I will have to practice what I preach.

I need to prove to the world that you only need a cheap $17 weight loss program that is based upon 3 easy to follow steps that works without weight loss drugs or any radical ideas. The DVD should be based on the outlook of a lazy person. One that does not like to diet and who would be even less likely to exercise.

From January 7th 2008 I will be starting my weight loss camp at home with no one to tell me what to do. I will carry on going to work and I will come home tired after the days work. But what will be different will be the camera sessions where I would get my wife to film me from getting up and when I am going to sleep. And that will be going on until I have lost enough weight to prove to the world that you do not need to be an exercise junkie to lose weight, nor do you have to starve to death.

I will just add the food that help burn fat to that which I normally eat. I will do some stretching exercises and some mild weight lifting exercises (using my own body weight) and I will drink my water.

I intend doing a video preview of the DVD and upload it to Youtube.com to get some traffic to my website. If this works I will start working on a second DVD soon where I will add video of my customers as testimonials.

What I need you to do is this: Do not try to diet. Eat and be happy. Do not overdo it though. And PLAN.

Yes, I have a firm believe in PLANNING when you want to succeed. If you need to lose weight, I suggest you plan your future actions - what you want to do about it. Without action nothing gets done.
